New Homes Offer Many Great Features

We will include new homes in our showing program if they meet your stated criteria.  If you want to choose all the amenities in your next home, a new home is most likely going to be your best bet.  Many wonderful features are included in new homes at no additional charge.  However, it is important to budget for any optional or upgraded features you choose because they may add thousands to the final cost. 

Most home builders seek our assistance with buyers because we help sell about 70% of their homes.  Often builders offer incentives to Realtors for introducing buyers to their homes.  If this is the case, it is always at no cost to the buyer.  It is important to know Home Builders have a general policy which requires a buyer’s Realtor be present on their first visit to the Model Homes Community. 

Sometimes it is tempting to drive through the new subdivisions without bothering your Realtor.  If you visit or register at a new home community without your agent, you are depending on the builder’s employee to represent your interests.  If a problem develops, it may be difficult for a builder’s employee to stand up for your interest over the builder’s.  That is when it is important to have someone who represents only your interests.  If you’ve chosen a real estate agent that you feel you can trust help you find the perfect home, he or she deserves your loyalty and you will reap the benefits of that loyalty.
